The street Fredrikshovsgatan, is probably named after the bartender (vinskänkan) Fredrik Hoff and not after King Adolf Fredrik.
King Adolf Fredrik (lived between 1710-1771) is actually best known for having eaten to many semlor or hetväggar, that he suddenly died because of it. Or at least that is what the legend says.
